HEMPNALL YOUTH FC 5 A-SIDE TOURNAMENT

We would like to invite teams from your Club to join us in our 3rd 5 A-side Tournament, taking place the weekend of Saturday 5^h & Sunday 6^th June 2010 at Talbot Park, Alburgh Road, Hempnall.

The age qualification date is as the season 2009/2010 and all teams must be affiliated to the County FA. .

The entry fee is £18 per team which should be sent with the attached entry form by Saturday 1st May.  Confirmation of entry will be sent upon receipt of the entry fee and team lists for completion and a copy of the rules will be sent shortly before the event.  Unfortunately we must limit the number of teams in each group so please send in your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

The teams to be entered will be Boys U8’s to U14’s and Girls U10’s to U15’s and will play 5 a-side with a maximum of 8 players per squad.

Soft footwear (trainers, etc.) and shin pads are to be worn and football boots (including blades) will NOT be permitted unless authorisation is given by the organisers due to adverse weather conditions.

Refreshments including a barbeque, soft drinks, tea and coffee will be available.  First Aid cover will be provided by St John’s Ambulance.

Please note that dogs are not permitted on the playing fields and we would be grateful if they are not brought to the tournament please.
